The presentation will focus on practical ways to identify and solve compliance issues, including specific introductions to both DIY and commercially available solutions.

Bio: Scott Swaaley is the founder of MAKESafe Tools, Inc. (makesafetools.com), a Southern California-based manufacturer of industrial safety devices. He has professional experience in the development of electrical/mechanical hardware, fabrication, product design, risk assessments, firmware/software development, and digital fabrication. He is also an active participant in the standards and regulatory process with the NFPA, OSHPD, NRTLs, and CAL/OSHA.
