About the California Manufacturing Workforce Foundation

Formerly known as the LANTMA Foundation, the California Manufacturing Workforce Foundation (CAM Workforce Foundation) is dedicated to helping students pursue careers in manufacturing.

The foundation supports education and workforce development across California by providing scholarships to students enrolled in machinist training programs and other fields essential to modern manufacturing operations. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, the foundation accepts contributions from individuals and organizations to help fund tuition assistance and expand opportunities for students entering the manufacturing industry.

Through these efforts, the foundation works to strengthen the future of manufacturing by supporting the next generation of skilled professionals and helping address the growing workforce needs of the industry.

The CAM Workforce Foundation supports the future of manufacturing by helping students pursue careers in precision machining and related fields. Through scholarships and industry support, the foundation invests in the next generation of skilled professionals who will power the manufacturing workforce. You can support this mission by making a donation, applying for a scholarship, or learning about the students who have already benefited from these opportunities.
