INNOVATION IGNITED: An exploration of Robotics, Automation and the realities of using them

Join us as a panel of experienced machine shop managers will discuss implementing automation solutions in machining operations. Speakers will represent three different levels of implementation:
- Full, “lights out” automation for long part runs
- Automation that is set up and run unattended for several hours
- Partially tended automation that extends worker productivity
There will be raffles, giveaways, and tools from Kennametal, valuing $1000!
Panelists Include
John Zmuda
As President/COO of Moseys’ Production Machinists John is responsible for implementing and maintaining systems to reduce cost and increase revenue, by increasing thruput and revenue per employee. John has worked closely with various robotic integrators as well as automation engineers to purchase, onboard, maintain, and train employees on several fully automated machine tending solutions.
Marvin Rodriguez
Marvin Rodriguez brings 25 years of experience in manufacturing, including 13 years as Vice President of Operations at True Precision Machining. He is a dedicated leader recognized for driving operational excellence and innovation through the strategic implementation of technology and automation. Marvin has successfully integrated advanced automation solutions, including robotic process automation and IoT technologies, to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
