TCI Metals: 240 E Rosecrans Ave, Gardena, CA 90248

Regular Member Only Tour - You must be a manufacturing facility to join us for this event.

Join us for a tour of TCI Precision Metals with a networking lunch right after.

TCI Precision Metals (formerly TCI Aluminum) was founded in 1956 by Burt Belzer and two partners. 70 years later, it is a third-generation led, family-owned business, with a focus on customer partnerships and strong core values. Our dedication to our early motto “Good Parts. On Time. Period.” drives our decisions every day to be the best supplier and partner we can.

TCI has been actively involved with the NTMA for over 40 years. During most of this time, TCI’s owner’s John and Ben Belzer have spent decades volunteering, both as Chapter Presidents of the LA/NTMA and John as the Chairman for NTMA in 2001. Giving back to the industry at large is a privilege and an honor.

Top 10 OSHA Violations, Staying Compliant, and Surviving an OSHA Inspection (Without Breaking a Sweat)

FREE and OPEN to Regular Members Only- Machine Shop Members of So Cal NTMA
Raffles, SWAG, and Networking before and after our event

Let’s be honest—when you hear “OSHA,” your first instinct might be to hide the extension cords and suddenly remember every safety rule you’ve ever ignored. The good news? It doesn’t have to be that way.

Join us for a lively and practical session where we break down the Top 10 most common OSHA violations—a.k.a. the “greatest hits” of workplace safety mistakes. We’ll show you where businesses tend to slip up (spoiler: it’s usually not just one thing) and how to fix those issues before they turn into expensive learning experiences.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Top 10 OSHA violations (and how to avoid becoming “that company”)
  • Practical tips to stay compliant without losing your sanity
  • What to do—and what not to do—when an OSHA inspector arrives
  • How to prepare ahead of time so inspections don’t feel like surprise pop quizzes
  • Ways to build a safer workplace (and maybe sleep better at night)

Who Should Attend:
Business owners, HR professionals, safety managers, supervisors, and anyone responsible for workplace safety—or anyone who doesn’t want a surprise visit to ruin their day. Bring your shop floor folks- they are typically the first ones to see things that can be remedied.
